Rick gained his Honours degree, Bachelor of Dental Surgery from Cardiff University Wales College of Medicine in 2009. He remained in Wales for some time in both private and NHS Dentistry prior to setting off to work and travel throughout Australia. On his return Rick worked as a general Dentist in London. He gained membership of the joint Dental Faculties Royal College of Surgeons London in 2012.
